Open Roles

  • Resident Service Coordinator

The Resident Service Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and is a key member of YWCA Cambridge's Tanner Residence team. In addition to building supportive relationships with our Tanner residents, the Resident Service Coordinator works alongside property management, case management teams, and YWCA program staff to cultivate a warm and welcoming community at our 103-unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) residence.

YWCA Cambridge has provided housing for women throughout its 132-year history, and the Resident Service Coordinator plays a significant direct care role in alignment with our organization's mission of "eliminating racism and empowering women". Through coordinating and offering supportive services and case management for residents, the Resident Service Coordinator assists residents in meeting personal goals that encourage independence and improve their long-term quality of life.
