Development Director
The Development Director plays an essential role in advancing YWCA Cambridge's mission of eliminating racism and empowering women by spearheading fundraising efforts and establishing strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders. They will collaborate with our Fund Development Board Committee and other departments to grow and maintain a sustainable and diverse philanthropic revenue stream that supports our $3 million annual budget.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Director is a key leadership position, responsible for shaping the organization's fundraising strategy and expanding our donor base to further our impact within the housing and human services industry. The ideal candidate is a captivating storyteller, a systems-level thinker, and a persuasive ambassador of YWCA Cambridge's 133-year commitment to its clients and mission.

Housing and Stabilization Case Manager
The Housing and Stabilization Case Manager is responsible for placing families into stable housing, as outlined in the EOHLC (Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities) contract, by exploring all potential housing outcomes.
As a member of the Housing and Shelter Services Team, the Housing and Stabilization Case Manager reports to the Family Shelter Director and serves based on the "Housing First" philosophy.
Once families are established, they will continue to be supported by the Housing and Stabilization Case Manager for up to 24 months.
Strong candidates will have three to five years of case management experience with a focus on housing placement and landlord engagement, and English-Spanish bilingualism is preferred.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of YWCA Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational policies to ensure the organization effectively delivers on its mission. Both a systems thinker and a detail-oriented problem solver, the Operations Manager will identify and implement process improvements to strengthen our 133 year old nonprofitʼs operations and services to our clients and community.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will work closely with various departments as well as external vendors and commercial tenants. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, loves systems and processes, and believes in and strives for excellent customer service.
