About Community Conversations: We are a mission-driven, grassroots organization committed to advancing health outcomes for women in color and their families navigating the Boston healthcare system. Since 2009, the Community Conversations Women’s Health Initiative (CC) has been dedicated to addressing barriers to improved health outcomes in the black community by providing a forum for open and honest dialogue between key stakeholders; empowering community participants as they navigate the medical system, and assisting in community members’ search for the highest quality care for themselves and their families.
